Alicia is happy to be living with her husband Cooper Johnson and pitbull Hiro in Portland, OR. She is currently teaching at two premier yoga studios Yoga Bhoga and People’s Yoga and has recently opened a contemporary art gallery. Her love of art is evident. It is the thread that stitches the cloth of life and continues to illuminate the limitless possibilities. She looks forward to continuing her studies of Ashtanga Yoga with Tim Miller and Casey Palmer at Near East Yoga. She will be offering workshops throughout the year as well as teaching her set schedule.
New Led Primary Ashtanga Class in Silverlake. Please join us every Thursday at 6:45pm for a led primary class. Learn the first series of Ashtanga Primary Series. In Sanskrit it is known as “Yoga Chikitsa” which means Yoga Therapy. Its purpose is to re-align the spine, detoxify the body, build strength, and increase flexibility.
